Right to data portability

The purpose of this new law is further strengthen the control of your personal data, so that when the treatment is made by automated means, you receive your personal data in a structured format, common user-readable and interoperable and can transmit them to another person responsible for processing, provided that the treatment is legitimizes based on the consent or within the framework of the execution of a contract.

However, this right, by their very nature, cannot be applied when treatment is necessary for the performance of a mission of public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred the responsible.
